Clerical Assistant will report directly to the Office Manager and General Manager, internal contact with other clerical workers, operation managers, and supervisors, external contact may include manufacture representatives, railroad representative, maintenance and service vendors.
Maintain the Quality Systems Policies and Objectives Pass background check, valid driver's license, drug test, e-railsafe PC literate with data entry capability and knowledge of computers Strong attention to detail a must, professional attitude, excellent organizational skills, good communication skills, include talking on phone, versatile work schedule, can multi-task, Assist in compiling information and generating any required daily/weekly/monthly/ reports company or customer reports as it needed Will assist with our Quality Control Department inspecting vehicles as well in our Shuttle department driving vehicles please note these duties you will be working outside.
Other duties as assigned.
